"The Hotel is undergoing major repairs and a changed ownership, so what was once a convenient and good stay has become an inconvenience. Its location is excellent for parents visiting their kids at Georgia Tech and so I might go back, but the hotel is not functioning close to expectations. There was only one elevator working for the entire hotel, so it takes forever to go down or back up to your rooms. The staff is apologetic, and they are obviously trying, but it has not been a good experience...

"Stayed at the Atlanta Marriott Gateway before an early flight and unfortunately won’t stay again. We arrived late and went for dinner around 9:30 PM hoping to eat quickly and get to bed since we had to be up at 4:00 AM. Service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times just to place our food order. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, forgot my wife’s drink, and cleared other tables before finally taking our order. As an airport hotel, they should be more aware that many guests are tired travelers on...

"Great hotel and so close to EVERYTHING. We were less than a mile to great food, fast food, bank, stores, highway entrances, beautiful parks and only 30-45 minutes from the airport. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was great. The room was nothing spectacular but it was clean and comfortable. The lady in conceirge was very sweet. We also met some great staff at the bar and the front desk. Everyone was so nice. Alpharetta is a beautiful town"
