"Parking was a nightmare! Valet was full. Pick up and drop off was very unorganized. Especially with an apparent "gaming" convention close by. Parking next door at Truist took 30 minutes to find the entrance as there are only one way streets all around. 2nd floor view was a concrete wall! Thankfully they moved us up to the 21st after asking. Pool was very large and very nice! Probably the only reason to go back for me. Hot tub only holds 4 people."

"It’s fine for what you pay for but it’s very outdated. Elevators take forever to come. No pool no terrace-I guess it’s under renovation. Staff was friendly and helpful."
