We were just staying for one night as we travelled from the south towards Cherbourg for the ferry. It was a good option for an overnight stay in the area. The property was clean, safe and comfortable. Reception were helpful and ordered take away for us.

Tranquil oasis by the Sein

Lovely location. Nice room, indoor and outdoor pool was great. Friendly helpful staff, fresh bread available each morning, plus some other provisions from the shop. Would stay again.

An okay cheap place to stay. Not easy found on Google Maps and quite a way off main roads, so not ideal for stopovers. My kettle still has vinegary fluid in it which immediately curldled the milk when I made tea. No aircon and one fan that has seen better days. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Balcony nice. River below not the most beautiful. Secure parking was good. Lot of insects in bathroom. No elevator which is not great if you have a lot of luggage to take up. Overall, okay for one night - just!

We stayed for 3 nights as part of our Normandy trip this April. This hotel is a great base for exploring the region if you are travelling by a car. We ventured out to all the local gems including Honfleur, Étretat, Deauville - all within 1.5 hour drive. The city of Rouen is 30-40 minutes away. The hotel offers a great value for money for a travelling family. It is great for families with kids, has an indoor and outdoor play area and a small indoor swimming pool (0.75m deep), there’s an outdoor swimming pool as well but it wasn’t operational during our stay in April. The apartments are either 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom, both options come with a separate living room that has a double-sized sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessities you may need for your stay (including a washing machine!). The fridge in our apartment wasn’t working too well, so we had to improvise by freezing water in bottles and placing those at the bottom of the fridge to keep fresh goods at an acceptable temperature. The apartment equipment and facilities are a little dated and could do with a little more care, I.e. laminate flooring has come apart in places, the bedding / towels were stained, the window blinds haven’t been washed for a while, the apartment has a distinct smell (like a retirement home?) which some may find uncomfortable. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming, the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. A good all rounder for a family trip.

Pretty good place to stay.

Although it is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to really do around the facility, it is actually a pretty good place to stay. And maybe to the expensive side. But don't ever accept to get apartment 211. There is so much noise from the indoor pool next door, from the gate, from the road and people coming and going. The WIFI doesn't work , there are no river view even though it is promised when being booked. We got a new room, after days of discussion with the reception, it was a single room studio apartment and it was several steps up in comfort.

The location is a bit secluded and everything is a bit far to get to without a car. The Seine River is right there and the grounds are lovely. Our apartment was really spacious for a family of 5. Internet access was a bit spotty.

What a gem of a property in a quiet secluded place in Normandy. We loved walking around the property, and the outdoor pool by the river was great to cool off at the end of the day while the sun went down. The desk person was knowledgeable about the history of the area and gave us a few places to check out. Older property but seemed somewhat updated and kept clean. Would definitely return

The property was in a beautiful secluded area. There was a river nearby with lots of fun sights and sounds. The apartment was nice with everything you would need. It was a little hard to find since sign was small and the nearby restaurant has the same address. Apple maps may take you the restaurant instead. It is not close to any stores so shop before you get there.

It’s Karma hotel!

Extra hour to find the entrance! No logo sign, only A4 sheet of paper. And big sign Karma hotel. No lift, no air conditioning, it wasn’t possible to use wardrobe as it was blocked by tv Territory was nice.

Nightmare Stay on my birthday vacation

Nightmare stay from start to finish. I have limited mobility and was confirmed a ground floor duplex, only to find at check-in that such rooms don’t even exist. Mark and Kate at reception were kind and tried to help, but the hotel was fully booked, and we were promised a move that never happened. On Day 3, despite requesting a flat clean (which is their policy), we came back late at night to find nothing done no rubbish cleared, no towels, no fresh sheets. Reception told us to collect them ourselves, which was impossible for me, and we ended up cleaning the flat with two young children in tow. I injured my foot during this and, when I asked for first aid, nobody ever came. The final insult came at checkout when the head of housekeeping a truly horrible woman tried to flip the facts and accuse us of breaking the remote and leaving a cigarette in the fridge. I have never smoked in my life, so this was both insulting and dishonest. While Mark and Kate were genuinely lovely, the lack of service, false promises, and the lies at checkout made this stay dreadful. I would NEVER go back to this hotel.
