"The room was wonderful. The gentleman that was at the desk when we arrived was overwhelmed. Some of the rooms weren’t ready for people. I’m glad everyone kept a cool head and didn’t get upset. He was doing the best that he could considering the circumstances. Probably need to hire some more housekeepers so the rooms are ready for check in time. "
