"The property is dated and not well maintained. As soon we walked in their was a musty/mildew smell. That smell followed throughout the entire hotel. Check-in was longer than expected, the front desk person was distracted and forgetful. The room was tidy but cleanliness was not great. Mold in the shower, dust everywhere and of course the musty/mildew smell. The fire alarm went off early morning (a little past 5:30 AM) on a Sunday but what shocked me the was the lack of communication from the staff. Guests were confused, some stayed in the rooms, some didn't come down and some took long to exit. Due to the fire alarm going off early many guests woke late for breakfast. The person in charge of breakfast was cleaning everything out before the closing scheduled time. Checkout was a breeze."

"This property definitely does not live up to the usual Best Western standard. When behind the counter, hotel staff could barely be bothered to get out of their chair or to stop private conversations long enough to help guests. Upon inquiring about an ice machine, I was informed they didn’t have one. There was one. It just didn’t work. I was very rudely told to walk across the street to a gas station for ice. There was lots of noise 24/7. Banging and running could be heard from the floor above. No service, trash removal, towel exchange, etc. for a three night stay. Waste of money to stay here."
