"Large apt type room. Seperate king bedroom with a large bureau with plenty of drawers. His and hers sinks with counter/mirrors outside of bathroom. Living room with a sofa /a recliner/ two chairs and a table. Plus another bureau. Two TV's in unit. hotel was full. However convenient parking is always available. Free breakfast was fresh and convenient. Covered all the necessaries, plus we saved money. Pool and deck are very clean and mantained well. Within steps is an Olive Garden with a bar. Food was fresh and reasonably priced. The bartender actually makes a great "Old Fashion" drink and they are not cheap with the pour. Also, providing a quality bourbon. Of course, there was a drink list including wine & beer. It was so great to walk back in our room in a minutes time."

"This was the most noisy hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! The first morning there ,we were Awakened by a maintenance worker across the hall at 7:30 am! Then a garbage truck 3 times a week has to empty a container at 6am! . I didn’t appreciate the disturbance so early in the morning, especially when on vacation , and paying $225 a night!! Never going back!!"

"I liked the hotel; I was very well taken care of, and the staff were very friendly. The only minor inconvenience I encountered was when trying to warm up milk for my daughter, as they do not provide a microwave in the room. However, they helped me warm the milk in the lobby; it was a bit inconvenient, though, since she drank milk twice a day."

"A happening place to be with Harold's Tiki Bar on-site (a Buckeyes gamewatch spot where the locals hang), a Japanese Steakhouse & Pizza Place (Unfortunatelyworst GF Cauliflower crust pizza, I've ever had - burnt to a crisp. Pool was great worth poll towels furnished. Great location to the beach, Tin City, 5th Avenue & other go to areas of Naples. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us to Naples. Only downside of room was it had a bit of a musty smell - room 152 - I did report it, but unaware of any action taken."

"Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."
