Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Malibu whilst attending Sunwaves Festival - would also like to specially thank the bar attender think his name was 'alex' for sorting us out his mate to take us back to the airport when there was no private hire taxis available.

Good things - location by the beach with nice beach side pool area, decent breakfast, large bed, nice toiletries. Poor things - terrible WiFi, sewage smell from the bathroom, confusion regarding booking at reception, high price for standard.

Hotel is close to the beach, pool is very nice

Bed is screaming, bathroom is less then 2 stars, AC cannot be adjusted, waiters are sometimes rude same as the front desk ladies, parking lots are "maybe". I want to extend my holiday but they didn't offer a choice. I am not going there anymore!!!

Ok stay, but don't eat the restaurant

Pros: -Nice, clean rooms -OK wifi -own beach with helpfull staff Cons: -Reception could not make calls outside Romania (they couldn't tell me when my room was available for checkin) -Bad service at restaurant, slow and often (almost every meal) forgot one of the dishes - food taste, it didn't taste bad, but not good either - at breakfast, milk was supposed to be cold, was warm - went empty for beer one night and did not even drank many (3-4 beers) before they went out of it.

Best experience in many years

There are so many positive things to say about this hotel. First, the staff is the most friendly, nice, and helpful that I ever found in any hotel in years of traveling. They made me feel at home and I have not enough words to thank them. The location is great, just on the beach, and at walking distance of restaurants and bars. The view in my room was just the best, and I appreciated it the most during sunset and sunrise. Also, the hotel has a very nice restaurant with the most delicious food and excellent service. Breakfast was included, and it was just great to sit next to the beach enjoying the beautiful view. Overall I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel, and I really recommend it.

The hotel is lovely located close to the Mamaia Beach. In the same time is close to Constanta city 15min by car. the bathroom some how small. Overall a good location if you want to be close to the beach.

Perfect location

The hotel ls located at one end of the beach and is very quiet. The restaurant has excellent quality of food and the waitstaff is very pleasant to work with. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there and could not completely enjoy all of the facilities.
