"Very nice hotel, AMAZING location, and super friendly staff! We would recommend. Not super fancy, but perfect if being in a glitzy resort isn't your first priority. Decent pool. We go to Snowmass for the experience and don't depend on super fancy hotels as much as some others in order to have a good time. We like clean, convenient spots with comfy beds and nice amenities like hot tubs and a bar. Would recommend."

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. "This is my third time staying at hotel Durant and I am absolutely blown away by this hotel. This is literally the best deal in aspen. I kind of want it gate keep it! Everything is so clean, the rooms are so cute. My bathroom was huge and absolutely pristine with gorgeous finishes. There is nothing budget about this little hotel. It’s just the best. It’s such a great deal considering it’s literally in downtown Aspen. It is no frills and the rooms I have had are small. You are only there to sleep! I appreciated that AC mini splits as the other budget hotels up there don’t have AC. The breakfast was a nice bonus. I just grabbed banana and tea and a bagel."

"Wonderful stay! We appreciated the location due to our party having a big hike in the maroon bells. Shuttle is right outside the door! Was nice to not be right inside Aspen but close enough to go out for dinner. Quirky decor but fantastic view right out back! I could live out there. :) The hosts were kind enough to give us a much needed late check out. Would pick one of their properties again in the future!"

"This condo location is amazing but the stairs are very difficult. Honestly we found it challenging to walk to the condo from town and then walk up 7 flights of stairs. We are relatively fit people in our 60’s so it may not be hard for others. We were here for the food and wine classic. The condo is beautiful and the pool is great!"

"Great location to downtown Aspen. Parking was easy and close. Ali was a wonderful host and was quick to answer questions. The unit was clean and well cared for. The only downside was the lack of AC, which we were aware of. Fans provided help, but the windows did not provide much relief. Highly recommend!"
