Need to carry actual keys around to get in and out of the hotel and rooms. Location if perfect in terms of shopping and food. Not far from the Trevi fountain."

"The hotel was perfect in every sense from location, room, cleanliness, fantastic breakfast, and excellent service by everyone. The only suggestion I would make is a mini fridge and hot water kettle."
"A very nice hotel with an unbeatable location. It is a 5-minute walk away from Termini’s east entrance with smooth surfaces all the way, which is extremely convenient for your luggage’s wheels (if you’ve been to other italian hotels, you know cobblestone streets can be awfully rough). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, AC works well, elevators are fine and staff is friendly. Breakfast is available from 6:30-10:30 and loaded with options. They also do late check-in, especially if you call in advance! I arrived at 2 am because of a missed connecting flight and they had everything prepared for a hiccupless check-in. An excellent experience all around. 10/10 would recommend and book again!"
