It looked like it had been freshly painted and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. The wifi was reliable. There was a "New Owner" sign out front, so I think the older, poor reviews must be from before the ownership change. "Everything about this cabin was great. Quiet and safe. The front porch faces the Arkansas river and is a great place to sip coffee in the morning. The only negative is that if you have difficulty navigating stairs, the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. We did not mind that too much. So, other than that, if you are considering this cabin I would give it 10 stars. ⭐️ "
