"Great location if you are looking to enjoy a Travelers baseball game while visiting Little Rock. The staff was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed. The breakfast had a great variety and the wait staff was excellent."

"The lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, but this hotel really needs an update. There were stains in the carpets, curtains, and on the chair. The arms of the chair had some threadbare spots. One of the doors on the credenza would not shut all the way. The ice machine didn't work, the room had a funky ordor, and the WiFi speed was lousy. I left before breakfast was laid out, but I did get some coffee. The coffee was good, so there's that. I would not book this hotel again unless there was a major update/refresh done."

"In my room the ac didn't work properly. It have a big hole in the bathroom. Walking down the hallway it was lots of patches hole in the ceiling looks like they took the cheaper routes. The lady who checked me in was great she get a 5 star."
