Open floor plan and great for entertaining! Close to a secluded beach on crystal-clear, spring fed Pea Porridge Pond. This home is fully equipped with WIFI! Includes 5 bedrooms with a master suite.
There is also a large kitchen, 2 dinning room tables and 2 living rooms 50” plasma, 32” led, leather couches, foosball and games. Perfect for a crowd!
Enjoy the outside in the screen house and not worry about mosquitoes.
Kayak and paddle board also available for enjoyment.
Enjoy New Englands 4-seasons by visiting some of the near by attractions such as: Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Mount Chocoura, Storyland, Santa's Village, Tuckerman's Ravine, Presidential mountain range and much more. Enjoy the beauty of cascading waterfalls, crystal clear rivers, pristine lakes and ski slopes. The Kancamangus scenic highway is minutes away offering several picturesque hiking trails, swimming, frequent roadside moose sightings and more. Great location in Conway area

We enjoyed our stay at the house with family. Living space/kitchen area was a great area to hang out with family while cooking/playing games/watching tv. Wish weather was a little nicer so that we could have enjoyed the beaches/kayaks. Great location to lots of different attractions.

Perfect Family Home

This house works out well with multiple family members with the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Location is close to attractions/ shopping but yet quiet and serene. We have stayed here twice so far and look forward to renting again when we can.

Wonderful rental!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had five couples and there was plenty of room. A spacious living and kitchen area and the bedrooms were great. The owner was wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again!

King Pine February Vacation

5 Adults and 5 Children slept comfortably. The living room is huge with 2 large tables and an island counter. A short drive to Conway Center, North Conway, and our family’s favorite King Pine. The ping pong table was a big hit with the teens. The adults admired the gas stove. It was close to the water and appeared to be a good place for a summer visit as well m.

Wonderful House, Clean and Great Location

The house has enough room for whole family to enjoy. It is in good condition and very clean. They offer a lot of kitchen gadgets and supplies to use, plus washing machine, dryer, dishwasher which helps make your vacation run smoothly. Close to area sites. Quiet neighborhood.

North Conway Vacation

We had a great time staying at this house. It was a short drive to North Conway and Storyland. We had 11 people stay including a 2,3,10, and 14 yrs. old and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even got a free nature show when a momma bear and her two cubs decided to raid the trash barrels!!!!!

10 days of winter family fun

The home is beautiful! Stayed here in 2012 and came back for our 2023 trip. Lots of updates since our last stay! Enjoyed the 2 large tables for eating and game playing. Lots of bedrooms and separate space for our adult kids and grandkids to have individual time! Pool table and dart board were bonus fun for the adults! Built a sledding trail in backyard that supplied weeklong fun! Thank you for a great place! We will be back!

Fantastic! A Great Experience!

We were attending a wedding at the Preserve at Mt Chicora, this property is about 20 minutes away. The rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped! We had 9 adults for 3 nights and none of us felt crowded in this beautiful home. There was a pool table, dart board, ping pong table and foosball table to keep everyone entertained during inclement weather and to wind down after the wedding events. Our only regret was not staying longer to take advantage of taking the kayaks or canoe out! I would recommend this property to everyone and would definitely rent it again. Its the best I have ever seen to house a group, large or small!

Great location and beautiful home!

The layout of the home is exactly as pictured with some additions such as a large flat screen TV which kept everyone entertained. We stayed as a group of 11. 8 adults and 3 small children. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Dining room table with bench was large enough for all of us to eat together. Kitchen was very well stocked with pans, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. Mabel was very accommodating and responded to all my questions quickly. The home is approximately 25 minutes from North Conway which was very convenient for our adventure to the North Pole on the Conway Scenic Railway. Driving into the property there are a few different lake areas which would be great for summer vacations. We definitely would recommend this property to our friends and rent from Mabel and Jim again.

Plenty of Room for a Big Group

This was an excellent house for our group of 6 seniors. It is vey clean, comfortable, everything works and it is close enough to the White Mountains National Forest to make it a good starting point for access to many outdoor activities. The owners were very responsive to our questions and they communicate effectively to make the stay, pretty much, trouble-free. Thank you Mabel and Jim. We will be back :-)

Snowy Mountain Getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful time up in the mountains! This house was perfect for all of us to get together, play games, eat yummy food and spend time together. The house had ample amount of room and the basic necessities to really allow you to sit back and relax! It is only 15-20 min from downtown North Conway which we have decided to enjoy on our way out. Thank you for sharing your space and we will definitely consider coming back!
