"The room was very clean. There wasnt a lock on the bathroom door which didn't bother us but might not be the same for someone else staying in our room. The staff were amazing as always. "Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and this hotels biggest strong point was the reception staff - especially Zaf who was welcoming, warm and so helpful with everything needed - directed me to local restaurants, booked me a taxi to work and really does understand what good customer service means.
