We require all guests to complete guest portals for information verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, to complete the guest portal.

Non-Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through the guest portal. Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through Airbnb.

Up to 2 pets are allowed with a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100 per stay.

Our team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM Central to address your questions and concerns.

We are VERY STRICT on no parties and no smoking! If either of these occur you will be subject to a minimum $350 charge.

Normal and maximum sleeping capacity is 2.

Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.

Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Wi-Fi Disclaimer: Occasionally, Wi-Fi issues may arise due to service provider problems. We are not liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections.

Far exceeded expectations 5 Stars

The photos on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is far nicer and updated than I expected especially for the price. Check in was a breeze, and the unit was exceptionally clean inside. There are a couple other units attached but you can’t tell, and everybody minds their business. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the unit was perfect for me.
