Great week!

This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. Our team won the whole thing, so it must have been a lucky house!

Easy, Convenient Spot for a Family

We spent a long weekend in Cooperstown visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and other local activities. The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient for a family with a toddler and dog. Would stay again!

Great location for Dreams Park

The check-in process was very easy. The house was super cute and well-appointed with everything we could have needed for our stay. I loved the deck area, and Dave at one point dropped off the cushions for the outdoor furniture! Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great proximity to Dreams Park

The house was clean and as-advertised (probably even nicer/more updated than I expected). The AC units kept it cool, the kitchen had everything we needed, and best of all it is only about 5 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park in one direction and the downtown/Hall of Fame in the other.

Two-night for Baseball H of F

Traveling with another couple on an extended NE trip and Cooperstown was on my husband’s bucket list. The house was very nicely updated and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean and the rural location was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this property.

Can't wait to return!

We loved everything about about our stay here! The timely communication with the host/manager was so appreciated and helpful. The location was so convenient and just minutes away from the Baseball Hall of Fame as well as many great shops and places to eat. The location itself was so beautiful and peaceful. And to have all this in such a lovely home, we can not wait to go back!

Cooperstown'Dream Park

We were in town for a week of Cooperstown Dream Park tournaments. Property was a perfect location for getting to and from the park. Close to downtown and the Hall of Fame. Near good restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Perfect spot!

The house was beautiful and has everything you need! You truly only need to bring a suitcase. It was the perfect location and didn't have to travel more than 10 minutes to find a supermarket, brewery, restaurants, hiking trails, and of course, the Baseball Hall of Fame. It was a great little getaway to explore an area we've never been.

Weekend getaway

Great property! Excellent location, perfect accommodations and friendly host. We have been here twice and both times, lots of snow! No worries though, the owner plowed us out the first time and this time had plenty of space for parking when we arrived. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and plenty of amenities to ensure we had the basics covered to be able to enjoy our weekend.

Our overall stay was good. The home is comfortable and has plenty of space and amenities for our family, unfortunately there were issues with the cleanliness in general...it was not done to our expectations or satisfaction. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an extremely high bed to get in and out of and I would caution those who are either elderly or unable to get up and down to be aware of this. Maybe the listing could describe it a bit more. We didn't use the outdoor space due to time constraints however the outdoor seating and grill area could also use some TLC.

Very nicely kept and furnished property! comfy bed! plenty of room for dog - nice elevated mowed lawn accessible by a grassy ramp behind the house! Owner very responsive.

Super convenient to CDP

Easy and convenient for 4 adults and 2 dogs in town for baseball. Home is tidy and well-appointed, communication from owner was outstanding. No issues! The house is very close to a busy street - the bright side of that is that you're just a few minutes from CDP! Would recommend!

Great location in relation to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park. Had all the amenities we needed for the cold nights early in the week and the hot and humid days later in the week. Even saw a massive bear the day of checkout. Great place overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

Very comfortable

Such a nice house! Everything is so nicely done - from the super comfy beds to having coffee available. We were happy to find a place which accepts two big dogs, and the house is an easy drive to the village.

I expect things to work!

I was going to give this home 4 stars except:It was the day after check-in that we realized the refrigerator was not cooling - three days of food needed to be tossed. The upstairs toilet was not draining well. Once we got over a communication mix-up Dave did have the property manager out to fix both but unfortunately both issues came back within 24 hours. Dave said he would compensate us for the inconvenience, and we checked out a day early. It has been over a week, and several emails and a phone call and Dave has disappeared. I most likely will not see any compensation.Also, small things like uncut grass and the outside looking not as well kept as the inside are drawbacks. Know that the house is right on a road although it is quiet at night. Convenience to town is the plus here but I would continue looking if you have kids because of the road.

Baseball Hall of Fame Bucket List

It was on our bucket list to visit the hall of fame, and this property was the perfect fit for our group of 3 adults. Easy to get to the sites and a good place to relax afterward. Thanks Dave!

We loved our stay!

Everything about the description was spot on more! It's a lovely house, very close to Cooperstown and very near Ommegang Brewery is just down the road. The bedrooms were indulgently decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Dave was great with questions and we had one of the loveliest stays we've ever had in a VRBO. What you see is what you get - enjoy!
