Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel provides excellent hospitality, with water and coffee available in the lobby. Short walk to central station. Wished we had stayed longer.... highly recommend!

The rooms had a very nice size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but still totally fine. I loved that I was able to open the windows, even if it was loud outside during the night (but they provide earplugs.) The breakfast was excellent! Also the stuff was very nice. The location was another big plus - convenient to the train station and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Copenhagen.

The staff were amazing, everyone was so nice and helpful. They gave me recommendations of where to go and where to eat, the staff were amazing. The room was quite small but was perfect for just sleeping and showering etc. I felt incredibly safe here as a solo young female traveller. I would highly recommend!

Positives: very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean room. Perfect location. Negatives: There were hardly any water coming out of the shower head. It was the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in! They provided some cheap ear plugs that did not help. The room could also do with a serious upgrade as ot was not very nice.

The staff was outstanding and so helpful. The breakfast is fabulous. It is in a great location near Metro and train station. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room is very small and the door doesn’t easily close so it makes a loud noise if you don’t close it all the way. The shower leaks onto bathroom floor. But overall, a good stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Copenhagen Central Station in the hotel district, with 7-Eleven and Chinese restaurants within 100 meters. However, we were bothered by the noise of people on the street facing us. The hotel reception was very friendly and helpful.

This was a great stay. It was right next to the train station and Tivoli gardens, as well as in walkable distance to the city centre and near lots of restaurants. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast had lots on offer and it was delicious. We did not like the wet room set up as it got everywhere wet and we found some hairs hanging on the walls. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room however we did enjoy them in the common area. Overall, we recommend this place and would stay again.

Ok hotel but not worth the cost

Room was a good size and bathroom was a good size. Carpet was stained at the entrance of the room which looked like old vomit stain and dirt looking stains all around. Bathroom had big clumps of dust on the curtain rods and extra clips. Breakfast was ok if you only wanted bread and cold cuts. Everything that was cooked, bacon, beans and so on was rubberized and cold , eggs tasted like they came from a plastic bag. Customer service was amazing and personal working there where great. But for a few hundred kroners more i wold stay at a different hotel nearby.

Cute hotel, very close to Tivoli Gardens

This hotel was in a great area but had both perks and disadvantages. Our main issue was that the bathroom was much too small such that when you used the toilet, you were touching the shower curtain, which was almost a foot too short and flooded the entire bathroom during a shower. We had to use several towels to create a dam and keep the water from creeping further. The bathroom was not in the best condition either so a bit unpleasant. The beds were very comfortable but there was no air conditioning so it was difficult to fall asleep, with it being too warm and lots of noise coming from the busy street. The breakfast offered a nice variety of good food and drinks which we enjoyed but there were not nearly enough tables to accommodate all the guests.
