We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location, with easy access to the metro, a shopping mall, and plenty of dining options. The breakfast was superb, and we would be happy to return in the future.

Overall very good hotel with very helpful staff. The area around the hotel is the selling point as it’s very nice with lots of food and shopping options. Very good metro links into the city centre.

Very friendly, attentive staff, modern facilities and great breakfast options. The hotel is in a convenient location just a couple of minutes from the metro station and a few stops from all major attractions. Plenty of nearby bars/restaurants as well. Read some poor reviews about the lack of air conditioning/climate control and stuffiness in the rooms but our family room was absolutely fine. Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel and facilities in a great location. Being from Australia we relied on the use of wifi connections and did not have mobile phone roaming on daily so we were unable to contact the front desk with inquiries or assistance, so every time I needed assistance I had to walk downstairs to reception which was inconvenient. They could do with in room phones.

The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel and were a pleasure to deal with, it is a great location and I enjoyed staying there. The breakfast buffet is of high quality and very varied, cooked breakfast is delicious. Requests for cleaning had to be made 24 hours in advance which isn't very convenient.

This hotel was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything felt very clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. It was the best coffee I've ever had. It's close to the Metro to reach other parts of Copenhagen. I would come back every time.
