We had a good stay at this hotel. It is near the main train station, 2 minute walk to bus stop and near Tivoli Gardens and walking distance to all the main tourist sites in Copenhagen. The family room we booked was clean. The location was good and we always felt safe. Housekeeping is upon request.

Great hotel with very friendly staff, great breakfast options. They're super helpfull and genuinely friendly to everyone. They offer all kinds of extra services like bikes, umbrellas etc. which we found very useful during our stay. The only thing that we found unpleasant was that the bathroom had a bad smell of the sewage.
