Absolutely loved this hotel. Upgraded on arrival, for £28 a night, to an executive room on the 11th floor. Room was fantastic, large, had a comfortable bed, powerful shower and quiet. Access to the Executive lounge was also included, where at certain times of the day, you got free cakes, food, tea/coffee, Carlsberg and wine. Didn’t take long to gain back the extra paid for the room. There was also a separate breakfast room solely for guests who were in the Exec rooms, where there was a very large choice of food and you could even enjoy a Cava. The omelettes were delicious.
The hotel itself was just a 10 minute walk to/from the Central Station, and had easy access to many tourist attractions. The staff were all very nice, and there was even a Concierge to help out with any questions/recommendations.
Overall, a wonderful stay.
