This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were really clean and beautifully decorated. I also was upgraded to deluxe room with a loft sitting area. The tall windows opened so I could have a gentle breeze in and view the courtyard. It was stunning.

Wakeup Copenhagen Carsten Niebuhrs Gade
The TV was not working, so we requested assistance. Supposedly they had someone try to fix it without sucess. They said they'd give us an upgrade which was only moving us to an identical small room at a higher level (4th to 10th). Breakfast was great though with a large selection of breads, cheeses, ...
