The parking was safe and newly paved. My room was on the first floor and very easy to walk from the lot. I liked the wall in front of the property to keep the noise from the busy street pretty quiet. The room was huge, same as the bathroom. Fridge, freezer & microwave in the room.

We like the pricing for the time of year. The South Bay Motel has always been a very clean hotel and that's why we come back plus it's conveniently located. There's a good fridge, tv, and microwave. No phone or clock, or in room coffee machine but it's next door to a Dunkin'. So great stay, clean room, and safe parking.

Great location, great staff, supplied me with a hair dryer, rooms and bathrooms looked new, great shower, ample free parking, very good air conditioner, TV, microwave and fridge with small freezer -- I think that covers it. Request upstairs room on the lake side.

: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. While the amenities are fairly basic, the property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very well run. You can tell the owners and staff truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean place with stunning lake views and genuinely kind people, I highly recommend staying here. We would definitely return!
