Lindo hotel pero con algunas falencias

El hotel es muy lindo y cuenta con un excelente desayuno/ La heladera del frigobar hacía un ruido terrible y pedimos que la cambiaran, pero la que trajeron nunca anduvo. No había suficiente lugar en el estacionamiento gratuito para la demanda que había.

Muy bonito el hotel , buena atención, buena alberca climatizada, solo que la habitación tenía vista al lago San Roque como pedí, pero abrías las ventanas y veías baños para obras y basureros de materiales, solicitamos varias veces cambio de habitación y no logramos nunca un ascenso en ninguna de las cinco noches

El viaje fue de amigas, el hotel es hermoso y tiene una ubicación privilegiada, además de los servicios, pileta y spa. Cómo contra: la atención del restaurant del turno noche es muy mala, éramos la única mesa y desp de 30 min nos levantamos a buscar un menú y luego de 20 mas a pedir que nos atiendan, la ultima noche nos armamos la mesa ya que estaban sobrepasados, las veces q solicitamos que nos atiendan tanto la cajera como las camareras se reían en vez de atendernos. Una mañana pedimos el desayuno más temprano porq nos íbamos de excursión y no estaba listo. En cuanto al spa la atención de las chicas de mostrador muy mala, te dejaban esperando mientras dialogaban entre ellas. El último día voy a pedir el resumen de lo que había gastado y me cobraron un cargo que no era Mio, cuando pedí el detalle me dijo el chico que estaba en la recepción q me había cobrado mal, era un cargo de spa que no tenía ni mi firma ni mi nombre ni apellido, si pasaba pasaba. Es una lástima que teniendo tan lindo lugar no cuiden esos detalles…. Otra cosa el inodoro perdía por debajo con lo cual el baño estaba siempre mojado

En el lugar falta información, nadie te muestra cómo son las instalaciones ni siquiera te dicen el número para llamar a la recepción. Si fuiste por hoteles.com no solo vas a tener que pagar tu estadía en dólares a mi se me incrementó el precio casi al doble sino que tenes que pagar todo, no te dan ni una atención. Él área de pileta es mínima y el agua congelada, a la pileta climatizada solo podes verla si la queres usar debes pagar. Por las noches hacen shows que no sabes que debes pagar para ingresar y si te toca la habitación sobre el teatro no vas a Poder dormir. Falta total de información. Los empleados son cordiales pero ellos tampoco saben informar. La habitación chica y ducharte casi Imposible porque salían 5 gotas de agua

Una muy grata sorpresa! Muy lindo hotel y trato amable del personal. La única sugerencia, un detalle, sería repasar algunas cuestiones para que el Hotel sea más amiga hable con el medio ambiente. Por ejemplo, las luces de los espacios comunes estaban encendidas en pleno día. También, se ofrecían en el desayuno algunos productos en pequeños envases plásticos individuales, lo cual es innecesario y fácil de reemplazar en un Hotel de esa categoría. Gracias!
