"The AC worked well. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa. I walked to down the front desk and they were to send them up while we were out to dinner. When we got back, none had been delivered and reception/housekeeping were closed. My husband had to walk to the Sirata next door to find someone to provide the linens for us. The door was rotted at the top causing us to have to slam the door shut every time - disturbing our neighbors and the walls were so thin. The pool area was nice but the bartender was rude. Won’t stay here again :( "

"Reserve an Ocean view room. They only had a parking lot View available. The front desk. Agent was rude and refused to refund the difference between the rooms. I had to speak with Management in the morning who apologize and told me they would refund the resort fee, which would be the difference between the rooms I never received a refund. I had to open a claim with Expedia and with my credit card company if you don’t have the room available I understand, but why should I have to pay for an oceanfront room when you just happy staying in a standard just refund the difference what is the big deal? I’ll never stay here again. "

"Pros: The staff was helpful. We wanted to check in early and they were responsive to messaging, allowing us to get in to our room early. Our room did not have any shampoo which they quickly replaced. There are extra towels and toiletries available in a locker for guests. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Cons: The air conditioning was not working and it was late, my husband noted the filters were completely blocked- he cleaned them and then the air worked. There were also ants crawling on the entirety of our front door on the outside. There needs to be better maintenance on the rooms. The pools also could have used cleaning for a lot of bugs, neither pool was inviting for that reason."

"This hotel is not like its pictured online. It is not updated and some things were falling apart. we had roaches in our room and reported a broken luggage rack. nothing was done to change our room or upgrade us. after watching a sunset we witness a couple and there young child playing in front of playa taco as RATS ran across the cement its only a miracle the child wasnt attacked. we reported it to front desk who said its florida its common here we checked out and left 4 days early, booked thru expedia and were not issued a refund even tho hotel only billed us for the one night expedia couldnt reach anyone to issue us a refund so im stuck paying for a week we werent there. food options are horrible if your allergic to seafood your extremely limited on what to eat also if you not there at designated time you cant eat certain foods. the pool areas and walkable areas were very dimly lit and honestly me and my wife felt uncomfortable. would NOT recommend this to anyone every. it took almost a whole day to inflate the water slide, mother nature didnt cooperate nor did the lovebugs that swarmed the whole area covering us as we walked. if it wasnt for the teacher convention it was devoid if customers staying the only plus was water was blue,"
