This three-level villa is designed for both comfort and privacy. The top two floors form the main villa, while the lower level boasts a separate entrance, creating a distinct space. The main villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each exuding a blend of luxury and functionality. Meanwhile, the annex apartment offers an additional three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample accommodation for a group getaway.

Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area and sits in an elevated position. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 51 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 84cm wide. From the ground floor to the poolside, there are 24 steps. The terrace is made up of crazy paving which can be uneven in places. Overall, there are lots of external steps, these can be seen in a number of the images. The ground floor twin bedroom has a door width of 78cm, whilst the shower room (left of the kitchen) has a door width of 68cm. There are 19 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 93cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 93cm wide.
