Apartment 'Schlern Heigler Hof' with Mountain View, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

The 45 m² holiday apartment “Schlern” is located on the Heiglerhof dairy farm, 4.5 km from Steinegg (South Tyrol). Perfect for families and couples seeking a nature-filled farm stay, you’ll experience authentic rural life with cows, calves, chickens, and cats. The apartment on the 2nd floor accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a double bedroom with an extra sofa bed for 1 person and another sofa bed for 2 in the living kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in the bathroom are provided. The balcony offers stunning views of the Dolomites, including Rosengarten and Schlern peaks.



A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra charge. The shared outdoor sauna with panoramic views is open daily until 9:30 pm. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children’s bed, and high chair are provided free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included for your entire stay; extra changes are available for an additional fee. The spacious outdoor area features a lawn, garden, terrace, barbecue, and playground. There is open bike storage. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for a fee.



The area offers many hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing spots. The ski resorts Carezza, Obereggen, and Seiser Alm are 25–30 minutes away. Steinegg has two small grocery stores for daily needs. Bolzano is about 30 minutes by car, and the nearest bus stop is 2 km away. Arrival by car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.
