"Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautifully renovated condo about 100 steps to the sand. We never made it to the pool as we would have had to drive, but it didn’t matter as my girls were beach obsessed.So many lovely features. The condo has a single serve Keurig with a few pods to get you started. It has a microwave that also can be used as an Air fryer. We didn’t use that feature, but I thought that was neat. The balcony was peaceful and enjoyed all weekend long. All the guards at the gate were so sweet and helpful during our stay. The property managed communicated swiftly. Again, fantastic trip in a fantastic condo! Will return!"

"We stayed at Fairway Dream while attending medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic, which was an easy 15-minute drive away. The unit was very clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the complex itself was very quiet. The view of the Golf Course was sunny and pleasant. While we didn't use the pool, we did use the private beach access for Sawgrass residents. Stunning beach!"

"We have given feedback to the host already as follows: Apartment is tired and could do with a freshen up. Black mould around patio doors probably as a result of condensation on metal frames but it was like it when we arrived so not cleaned/treated before arrival. Floor dirty throughout - host thinks it is a grouting issue. Clearer instructions to lock door when leaving needed. Easy access to beach and entry/exit to site works really well."

"Villa was just as described. Unit was comfortable, clean, well stocked with every day items. View was lovely, especially in the mornings. Beach access was perfect and a great way to get in a daily walk. Enjoyed a number of days relaxing on the patio. Area was very quiet. Liked the villa was centrally located to my areas of interest. Marita was lovely to work with. She was extremely responsive and helpful. Sometimes the Internet was erratic but beyond that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely rebook. "

"Our host, Kim, was fantastic. Her response times to our questions were within the hour, if not minutes. Since we were staying for a month while our nearby home was under construction, I can only reiterate what other reviewers were saying about how well stocked the whole house was, and especially the kitchen. I had boxed up some kitchen utensils, knives, small appliances to bring as I enjoy making most meals, but I ended up taking everything back as she has it all. The fully fenced in backyard is expansive, and our dog enjoys his daily "walk-about" checking out the perimeter. The lane leading to the house is surrounded by natural woods, which remind you of an old Florida neighborhood. Take a right at the end of the lane, and you come upon a home where free-roaming backyard chicken eggs are available for a donation to ALS. The location really is a hidden gem and part of the appeal. The greater appeal comes from the well-maintained home and its furnishings. Our 12-year old dog has had a couple strokes and cannot climb steps, so we lived in the first floor guest room, complete with two queen beds, easy chairs, dressers and walk-in closet. The guest bathroom has a wonderful two faucet head shower. But the upstairs is amazing. Our son and family were able to join us for a few days after Christmas, and the couple slept in a huge king sized suite with a walk-in shower big enough to hold them and our grandkids. We highly recommend Kim and Wilderness Oasis. Thank you!"
