O atendimento na recepção foi perfeito, tem vaga de estacionamento no próprio hotel, a localização é um pouco distante do centro mas estávamos de carro e isso não foi um problema, tem mercado próximo, contratei o café da manhã e achei modesto para o valor, com toda certeza indicaria e voltaria!! Staff brilliant, friendly and professional, very smart. Breafast had everything we needed. Would absolutely return next time in Lisbon. "

"Hotel was nice. Staff was great and super friendly. Love the industrial look. I think the only down side was the lack of mirrors in the room. Having the full length mirror on the inside of the bathroom isn’t convenient or helpful. "

"This hotel was incredibly beautiful from the moment we walked in to the courtyard. It is huge and can feel a bit of a maze to walk around until you get your bearings. We were situated in Block D - there was a mini exhibition for us to look at on our way to our room. We stayed in a Locke Room which came with a lovely little patio. Furnishings in the room were beautiful and the colours in the bathroom were so nice too. Beds were super comfy and made for a great nights sleep. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water or 2 in the room for arrival especially when arriving late at night and not being able to get to a shop. You can pay for water at reception but it was a bit inconvenient to head back over for that. However, I would happily stay here again and will recommend it to friends because of it's location. We just wish we could have stayed longer as didn't get to use the pool or restaurants which looked amazing!"

"Beautiful location, booked a junior suite. Be sure to ask where your room is before you commit. Our "water view" was a tiny bit of water with the building across the street as our main view. Hotel is upscale and clean but our shower door stuck (causing over-spill), our shower drain cover was unattached exposing screws, our safe didn't work, and figuring out lighting was a chore every night. Hairdryer would not work in the only outlet near mirror unless we turned most of the other lights off. We are travelers...I expected more for the price of the room. We did tell staff about the safe and they offered to come up but by the third night it was just not worth it. I am Expedia platinum, and at least expected a decent view. We did not have our breakfast included so we ate at a cafe next door for 20 euro instead of 50. Some interactions with front desk staff were great, others were less than enthusiastic. "

"The service was five stars. They are welcome and friendly every step of the way! Location is central and very good. The property didn’t feel 5 stars at all. The carpets really need to be replaced and upgrades in the lobby. If you want luxe, don’t stay here. If you want really great location, service and I’d also mention comfortable bed, stay here. "
