Make your way over to the game room, where you can let off some steam over a game of Billiards at the Pool Table. If you're ready to get some sleep, pass by the Laundry and a Hallway Half Bathroom on your way to the Ground-Level Queen Master Bedroom, with a Full Private Bathroom with a Standing Shower, or the King Master Bedroom with a Full Private Bathroom for some cozy quiet time. Spend the day shopping by the nearby TimBuck II Shopping Village with plenty of dining options for when you get hungry such as Mike Dianna's Grill Room, La Dolce Vita, North Banks Restaurant & Raw Bar, Big Buck's Homemade Ice Cream, and Mama Easley's—just to name a few! Note: MERV-13 air filters (hospital-quality filters proven to catch a higher percentage of smaller particles in the air) were recently installed throughout the home.

Please Note: Parking in Ocean Sands is the space provided with the house that you are renting. If you have more cars than spaces you will need to identify alternate parking outside Ocean Sands. There is no parking in the street due to the need to have room for emergency vehicles to access the homes.
