Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with dual icemakers and granite countertops is perfect for family cooking and gatherings. The master suite with full bathroom, dual vanities, full custom tile shower and walk-in closet is conveniently located on the top floor next to the elevator. Three bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms. All baths have tile floors.

Quick access to the ocean is available via public beach accesses. Ocean Sands "O" subdivision amenities include a community pool and a tennis court.
