Just a few minute walk to the beautiful Corolla beaches with no roads to cross! You are so close that you can easily come home for a snack or to use the bathroom. When wanting to take a break from the beaches, you will love the private pool and hot tub. Along with TONS of decking providing great ocean views from the house and a large separate rec. room, your family will make this your "go to" vacation spot for years to come.

Top Level: Great room with comfortable seating, 65" smart TV, access to deck with Ocean Views and gas grill. Large dining area (10), Kitchen with bar (4), new granite counter tops and refrigerator lead to a screened in porch (which will be sure to be the favorite room in the house). Crows nest deck with amazing ocean views. King bedroom with 43" smart TV shares semi-private bath with living area. Separate Bar area with stand alone ice maker.

Mid Level: King ensuite bedroom with 43" smart TV and deck access, Bedroom with Queen Bed and 43" Smart TV shares common bathroom with a Bedroom with Two Twin beds and smart TV and a Bedroom with two single over single bunk beds. Washer & Dryer

Ground Level: Large rec. room with Half Bath, foosball, Large sitting area with 75" smart TV, full size fridge.

Outside: Large Private Pool (32x12) Hot Tub (8), covered gazebo, Outside Shower, charcoal grill.

There are 2 street facing security cameras located on the front of the house.

Extras: 220 V EV Charger, Highspeed WIFI, 6 smart TVs, Gas Grill & Charcoal Grill, Pet Friendly (2 dogs maximum and extra pet fee of $210 + tax will be applied after check out), Private Pool & Hot Tub, community pool and tennis. Iron & Ironing Board. Parking 5 Cars, Distance to Beach: 250'. Bed linens provided, beds made, 2 kitchen towels, 12 bath towels sets and 3 bathmats provided. 2025 Pool Dates: 3/29/25-10/24/25, 2026 Pool Dates 03/28/2026 - 10/23/2026. EV Charger 220 volts. Pool Heat available for $300 plus tax. Guests are no longer allowed to bring or rent golf carts in the Crown Point Community.
