With a kitchenette featuring a full-sized refrigerator, it's the perfect place to hang out when you want some time out of the sun. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and even more seating; making it easy to enjoy your favorite shows and movies with the whole family. When it's time for dinner, head to the kitchen where meals can be prepared for the largest of groups. Pros and cons

Pros Good location and plenty of space liked having a lounge on all the floors it gives places to hang out in smaller group although it doesn’t mention the baby equipment it did have pack n play and high chair which is helpful to know Hot tub was good and serviced while we were there Cons housekeeping needs work house was dusty and had cobwebs the outside areas are in need of deep cleaning Sofa is terribly stained Also be sure to take everything you will need as they do not provide a starter package for the kitchen not even a dish rag or a roll of paper towels pool area full of debris and over all dirty it stated a screen porch all the screen is gone except for the door which doesn’t latch and it is filthy 3rd floor Decking is missing a picket and the gap is large enough for a toddler to fall through Absolutely no yard at all Owners need to pay attention to how this property is being managed I questioned the management agency on amenities and they were not well informed overall needs some TLC could be nicer place
