Tag resort was awesome! It was super quiet when we went so the pool area was serene! Great food at the restaurant we thoroughly enjoyed every meal and excellent massage! Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and clean room. Beautiful resort especially at night with their lights. Staff was aways very kind and helpful. There's a family of 4 stray cats that love on the property that I fell in love with. Included breakfast buffet was very tasty

We had a lovely stay at TAG resort over the new year period. The pool area and bar are really nice and we enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds. Tricycles are very cheap to get you into the centre of town which takes around 15 mins. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel room itself was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We (a family of 8) had a really lovely stay at TAG Resort. Although it's not in town, it was still only a 10min tricycle ride away and was nice to come back to a quieter resort to relax. Having multiple dining options on site was great and convenient, especially when travelling with kids. There were many options available at the breakfast buffet and we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evening for a drink and treat/shake for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The staff were very approachable and friendly and whenever we asked for room supplies, they would respond immediately. We all felt very safe, welcome and relaxed here at the resort and would love to stay again!

This property was a short drive from the airport, close to downtown and the port to hop a boat for the island excursions. Tricycles were readily available, they had services for tours and we were able to rent a scooter from the grounds. The room was very nice and the pool area was pretty. Great property!

Really nice rooms. The villas are actually smaller than the normal rooms. Very clean rooms. The staff is the bonus here. They take care of you very well and will.do everything for you to have a nice stay. The food is average. It was quite cheap food and was always the same every day.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March 2024. The pictures you see on website and other websites are very realistic. Absolutely amazing property & love to recommend 100%. The architecture & landscaping is beautiful, food is amazing ( had breakfast & dinner here all 3 days) . Staff is very friendly from reception to room service and restaurant. They also have inhouse star bucks. The airport pick up was flawless & tourist activity packages are also very reliable and moderately affordable.

Very good hotel just not quite hitting the bar

Rooms are very lovely, well appointed and clean. Swim up isn’t private but a quieter spot away from the bar. Bar staff were very friendly and fun. Breakfast is poor- average choices, very greasy, cold. Housekeeping is very hit and miss, need more training on ensuring towels are replenished and toilet roll is topped up. Tour desk staff need some more training to understanding timings. Food in the restaurant is average, we recommend Hermanos tapas and Om Thai in Coron Town just 40 pesos per person in a trike to get there. No shuttle offered by hotel.

The front desk was terrible they charged me for a upgrade when I am a Expedia platinum and it says if the hotel has a available room for upgrade then they are supposed to upgrade the guest but greedie front desk mi won’t and said all we have one but it’s a extra charge not good for business Restsurant crew was so nice great manager in restaurant

Staff amazing - polite and helpful. Organising Tuk Tuks and day trips and responding to queries rapidly. Ant infestation in bathroom came back regularly to find dozens crawling on toothbrushes and cosmetics when we complained staff rapidly came and removed them however they returned hours later and no offer of changing room was made. Pool closed for 2 of 3 days there for cleaning .
