Beach Fix - Poolside, 1 story townhome, recently renovated

This POOLSIDE townhome is on one level. There are no stairs, and there is no need to carry your luggage or groceries up any stairs.

Palm Bay boasts luscious tropical landscaping and a HUGE, heated resort pool complete with in-pool table/stools, waterfall, and large area dedicated for the kids with hoop water spray feature.

This unit has just had a full renovation completed in Winter 2022/2023.  All updated and ready for your enjoyment!

Fully stocked kitchen has everything you can think of and a few things you didn't. You'll have everything you need if you decide to stay in, cook a meal, and enjoy this beautiful unit and complex. There are shared BBQ grills for your use as well.

Bedroom has super comfortable king bed, nightstands, dresser, desk, full length mirror, storage bench, and 42” TV (basic cable). 

Workspace in bedroom with 34-inch ultra-wide monitor. Just bring your laptop and cables to make remote work easy.

Queen sleeper sofa.  50” TV with basic cable and DVD player in spacious living area. 

Breakfast bar with seating for 3.  Dinette table with seating for 4.
