The Texas Maritime Museum and the Fulton Mansion are within six and eight miles of your door, respectively. Arrive at Beautiful Rockport Beach in an easy drive. Birdwatchers will want to take their binoculars to the Connie Hagar Cottage Sanctuary within four miles. You can drive a short distance to cast a line from the Fulton Fishing Pier. The shared pool, which conveniently has bathrooms, is a short walk from home, as is a dog park and boat-washing station. Rockport's eclectic culinary scene is within easy driving distance.

The covered patio underneath the home provides a great spot to dine alfresco and host summertime cookouts with the gas grill. Another great spot is the covered deck, where you can unwind and revel in refreshing sea breezes. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
