Welcome to The Outlook — the crown jewel of Seaside Cottages, a second-floor retreat with the most expansive, unobstructed ocean views in the compound.
The open-concept living area features a striking pair of teal curved and pink velvet sofas centered on a surfboard coffee table, with bamboo floors and sliding doors leading to the ocean-view deck. The kitchen island has teal scallop velvet bar stools, a gas cooktop, and a blue fish-scale tile backsplash. At the dining area, cane-back chairs surround a teak table under a rattan pendant — all framed by panoramic Gulf views.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a turquoise mosaic dresser and sun wall art, with direct deck access through sliding doors. The en-suite master bath is a showpiece — a floor-to-ceiling teal fish-scale tile shower with a sea glass chandelier. The guest bedroom has two blue upholstered beds with retro sunset blankets, a surf wagon art wall, and its own bathroom with white fish-scale tile and a macramé curtain.
Two large covered decks with teal woven chairs offer sunrise views over the dunes and wildflowers, with ships dotting the horizon.
Your golf cart is included with pickup/drop-off at the home.

This house was perfect for our family of six. It was extremely clean and relaxing. It had everything we needed to make a meal. Plenty of towels and well equipped with all the essentials. The pictures do not do it justice. It is an extremely beautiful home with the most amazing views and a beautiful deck to relax on. Both check out and check in were simple and quick & communication was great.
My husband, myself and 2 adult children spent a long weekend here. It was very nice, pics were accurate to what the condo actually looked like. The lock was a little tricky to maneuver, but it was mainly operator error. LOL!We arrived at midnight during a storm and there were no outside lights on to guide us to the stairs and had to use our phone lights to light the way. All in all we had a great time and would stay here again.Pros: Condo right on the beach with a wonderful view!! Condo was as listed, very large and comfortable Loved the little Surf Splash to rinse your feet off before going in the houseBonus: golf cart was included in the price Cons: Lights were not working on the walkway leading to the stairs to get to the condo. However when we asked about it, we were told the owners were aware and working on it There were no nightstand lamps or table lamps in the livingroom. Not many washclothes, but plenty of towelsRecommendations: lamps on nightstands, better lighting outside house, more washclothes and maybe put together a book of some sort with activity and restaurant recommendations, especially for those who are visiting for the first time.Again... Overall we had a great time, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would stay there again!
Starkey properties were amazing. They took such good care of us. Even sent someone to help us unload and load .Cant say enough how responsive they were to us.Will stay again.
