When you arrive at the property, you will automatically sigh in awe at how inviting the front of the house is, with parking in the driveway for four vehicles. If you arrive in one of the new electric vehicles, there is an EV Charger located right in front of the house for your convivence.
Enter the front door to the living area, you will find a very cozy sectional sofa that also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, two matching side chairs, end tables with lamps, and a smart TV, with Wi-Fi.
The generously sized dining table is excellent for all your family meals as well as having a game night, with seating for six; there are also two bar stools located in the kitchen bar area.
The exquisite gourmet kitchen, with its granite countertops, has everything you will need to prepare small snacks to big family meals, from the stainless-steel appliances, to a commercial ice maker, and for all the coffee lovers; you have both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.
Down the hallway off the living area to the right is BD1) the master, with a King size bed, nightstands with lamps, a plush sofa, (that is also a queen sofa sleeper), to relax on, a closet, a large flat screen smart TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite bath BA1) master bath has a nice tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads and beautiful granite countertops with dual sinks. The master bedroom also has an exit to the backyard/pool area.
Down the hall to the right is BA2) this bathroom has another alluring tiled walk-in shower and a granite countertop with a sink.
Across the hall is the laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use during your stay.
Down the hall to the right is BD2) the first guest room has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, two chairs, a closet, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
At the end of the hall is BD3) the second bedroom, it has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
Out the back door through the kitchen is a backyard oasis of absolute beauty and pure enjoyment, including that great heated/cooled pool we mentioned earlier, with a beach-type entry and a waterfall feature, an enjoyable fire pit for those cool evenings, or making Smores that we all love to eat at the beach. Various tables and chairs to sit in, a gas grill, a flat top cooker, a 65” outdoor flat-screen TV, a rolling ice chest, and new this year, a gas pizza oven.
As we said before, this is truly one of the “Pearls” in our ocean of homes…
