Situated on Bent Grass Drive and backing up to Lake Gavin, Lil’ JoE (joe-ee) is located next to a broad swath of undeveloped land with views to the Gulf. It offers near-constant beach breezes, so you can enjoy shady afternoons in its uniquely designed backyard paradise or on the front porch. Inside, relax amid lovely interiors.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. **Backyard fire pit is NOT available for use**

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first-floor, primary gathering space features a beautifully designed living room, spacious kitchen with island and bar-height seating at the counter, and a dining area with a table for 8. There’s also a laundry room that offers a large-capacity washer/dryer and a powder room. The living room centers around a 75-inch Smart TV with Bose Sound Bar. Plantation shutters give complete privacy, allowing sunshine in whenever you want.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The second floor offers two suites with king-size beds. One has a four-poster king and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and private balcony. The other offers a king with a wicker headboard, bathroom, and balcony access. A third bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom across the hall. On the third floor loft, kids will love the bunk area, featuring two sets of custom, built-in bunks that sleep four. It offers excellent views of the Gulf and homes nestled against Lake Gavin.

GREAT FEATURES: Relax around the lake, as you watch sunsets or wonder at the stars above. Play washers near the lake or hang a hammock between two of the palm trees accenting the backyard. Listen to the sounds of the Gulf drifting from beyond the dunes. You can even go fishing with the kids in the stocked Lake Gavin, just steps from the back door. A gas grill and outdoor dining table allow your group to cook and enjoy a meal outside.

PET FRIENDLY - $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee and additional $500 Refundable Security Deposit, additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the home.

When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
