Private Pool (11' x 25' & 3' - 5 1/2' deep)

This coastal home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 12. Casa Titos is a house newly built in 2018 and is on Station Street. Great outdoor area created for entertaining and cooking out. The area has an outdoor fire pit, pool table, and other games for you and your friends to enjoy. This home is just minutes from the beach. You will be close to shopping, dining, the marina, and much more.

Casa Titos has an open living, kitchen, and dining concept that provides plenty of space and entertainment for your whole group. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living area. A great space for family entertainment after a day on the beach. The dining table seats 10, and 3 at the breakfast bar. The modern kitchen is fully stocked and has all the necessities for the cooks in your group, including a Keurig coffee maker. This home is furnished with comfortable, coastal decor. There is a master suite (BR1) with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second (BR2) and third (BR3) bedrooms contain queen beds in each, and the fourth (BR4) bedroom has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. All bedrooms have mounted flat-screen TVs.

Things to Know:
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to a $10 fuel charge.
Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Beach Gear Credit With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
$95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets.
Beach Towels not provided.
Please bring k-cups.
Laundry detergent not provided.
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your visit is peaceful, you may encounter sights and sounds of building, projects or community improvements during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards making our community better for everyone.

unhappy about my stay

i chose this specifically for the pool heating and asked about it beforehand to be sure . the day of check in there was no pool heat i tried to reach out no response so i used the emergency line . was told that the pool heat wasn’t working. i’m glad they refunded me the extra 100 i paid . but i was disappointed we couldn’t swim at night because it was chilly . for the amount of money i paid per day i feel robbed :/

Nice 4th of July

The stay was perfect. We could see the city fireworks from the balcony but were far enough away the sounds did not scare the dog. The house was very nice and in a very convenient location. The pool was perfect. There was a fair amount of sun and shade. We loved the balcony and the gliders. The outdoor tv was a nice addition by the pool. Everything was as described. The property was clean except it needs to be dusted and there was an earring in the shower. I would have provided all 5’s otherwise. The important things were clean. We would stay again and recommend Casa Titos’s to others. As always we had a great time in Port A.

Sandfest 2023 trip

Property was great, but only a B+. Pool heater did not work and there was a tear in pool table so we didn’t use those items as much as we’d like to. May not come back to this location again because we wanted the pool to work!

First timers to Port A

This house didn’t disappoint. We had an amazing stay. Everything you need was at this house for teenagers. We spent most of our stay down by the pool. This house is beautiful. And we will be returning to make more family memories.

Very clean house.

The house is very well kept & clean. The heated pool was amazing. We really enjoyed the golf cart too. Well worth the time and money. This was our second time staying at Casa Tito’s.

Great Rental

Place was well suited to our group. The property across the street was not to great to look at, but no points taken off as its not ya'lls fault. The neighbors were really nice next door. There was no cleaning supplies for counter tops etc so I am afraid they were not as clean as we would have like to leave them. Also since you have a pool you should have beach towels. Over all perfect place for our 3 couples!

Fantastic getaway

Everything was great very comfortable and the pool was great easy access to everything The kitchen was well furnished with dishes and pans but a few spices would be helpful and a few more garbage bags

Family vacation

This was an excellent place to stay. We had 9 people and everyone was comfortable. The place was clean and spacious. The outdoor area was also great. Pool was clean and my 4 yo granddaughter looked the shallow sun deck part of the pool. Location is golf cart friendly and we got to the beach in minutes. Close by to shopping, as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Amazing Private House

Great outdoor space! Rooms are in the back of the house, so you can play games and watch TV without disturbing those sleeping. Pool is a good size to lounge in. You can’t even tell that animals had ever stayed here. Very clean.

Great Time

The whole experience was great. The dryer went out but got it replaced. The motor to the pool was loud and could hear it in the main bedroom. The pool and outside sitting area was the best.

Met all our needs +

This house was great for our family. The amenities that this house offers was great for our family. We all had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool, fire pit area, outdoor tv sitting area, the pool table. The location is close to everything you need and a short trip to the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, just need a few more coffee cups :) We will definitely plan to stay here again

Exactly what we hoped for!

The location of the house was great, as was everything the house had to offer. There was plenty of entertainment for the family on the property. The home was beautifully decorated and beds were not as uncomfortable as other rentals I have stayed at. The living space and outdoor space was awesome. Would recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful Getaway Spot

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home and area expect for the eye sore directly across the street. The comforters in one of the rooms needed washing, they smelled horrible! The floors weren't swept or mopped but overall everything else was great.

Great house!
