Great location, just seconds away from the beach with access to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Condo features high-end details that include granite counters, stainless appliances, custom tile in the showers, wood plank tile and spacious outdoor patio. Meridian HOA parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart ONLY at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is STRICTLY enforced by the HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
- We do not accept Klarna payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
