In the heart of Port Aransas, this spacious retreat invites you to unwind with an open concept living, dining and kitchen. With two master suites, a large secondary bedroom and expansive dining room seating 28 people (seating for 16 provided), this home offers plenty of room to relax. Each level has its own washer and dryer while three beautiful outdoor spaces provide scenic views: a front porch for sunsets over the pond, a back porch overlooking the gulf with constant breeze or enjoy picnic tables at lower covered patio.

Six bedrooms, four full baths, three king beds, two queens, six twins

Built in 2011 and designed with plenty of room to unwind.

The Main Level:

-Enormous, open concept living, dining and kitchen.

-Hardwoods and lots of natural light deliver casual elegance.

-Two master suites, with king beds and private baths.

- Large secondary bedroom, perfect for the kids.

-Expansive dining room will seat 28 (seating for 16 provided)

-Fully equipped kitchen, with granite and stainless steel.

-Living area with comfortable seating and a huge flat screen TV.

The Lower Level: (Entry to the lower level is from ground level and you access the upstairs main level from the stairs outside.)

-Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king.

-Large bath/shower with grab bars and room to maneuver wheelchair.

-Kitchenette with microwave and mini convection oven.

-Open concept living and dining with 50 inch flat screen TV.

Each level of the house has its own full sized washer and dryer.

Three beautiful outdoor spaces:

-The front porch for sunsets and bird watching over the pond.

-The back porch for a view of the gulf and a constant breeze.

-The lower level has a huge covered patio with picnic tables.

-Two charcoal park grills await steaks and the catch of the day at the back porch

Port A with family

It was the perfect house for our family. The downstairs was perfect for the couple that joined us with a disability service dog. It gave them privacy and a place to go to when the couple were tired.

Amazing, as always!

This was our 2nd year to stay here. We absolutely love it. The house is always clean, easy to access, close to the beach, and very roomy for big groups (there are 17 of us) This is our 4th year renting from Tonya, as she has other properties on the island, everything is always perfect. She is a great host. Thanks again for another great Port A Vaca! We can’t wait to be back next year!

Great rental!

The house was easy access to the beach and to other parts of town. Very clean, plenty of cooking utensils, and lots of space. If we come back down to Port Aransas we are renting here again.

Family Vacay 2024

We love this place! This is our second time and it never disappoints. We have a total of 19 people including adults and kids. The layout is perfect for us. We loved the games and the proximity to the beach is perfect. Thank you for having us! We can’t wait for next year.

Family Vacation

The house was everything we hoped for. It’s much bigger in person than in the pictures. It was perfect for our whole family which ranged from 80 years old to 4 years old. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others looking to get away to Port Aransas.

Perfect for large family

6 bedroom 4 bath within walking distance! Perfect for our large 3-generation family. Tonya is a perfect host; she responds immediately to any issue. I think this was my 5th year; and I’ll be back many more.

This house was just the right size for our family, 9 adults and 6 kids age 4-14, with 6 bedrooms and the right configuration of beds. The downstairs apartment with 2 BR allowed a separate kitchen for one DIL with food allergies. The main house with 4 BR is all on one level and was spacious enough for the kids to play. There was enough space in the driveway and garage for 5 cars. The grills worked well. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and beach and we didn’t need to rent carts. The house is very close to one of the neighborhood pools, which the kids enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet, looks great, and is well maintained. Everyone is friendly. Tonya was quick to reply to questions. We would definitely come back to this house!

Thanksgiving at the beach

Had an amazing time with family and friends. There were 16 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen upstairs was stocked with every type of pot, pan and utensil you could think of. Love the layout of the house. Distance to the beach was not far at all. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vaca

Location was excellent- short walks to beach and pool. Bunk room great for youngsters and having pack in plays on site was convenient since we didn’t have to pack one. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of table games and beach equipment. Pool was clean. Two kitchens were great!! My only suggestion is to bring plenty of bug spray- mosquitos were very aggressive everywhere but beach. We plan on returning soon!

Sandfest Family Vacay

Property was big, beautiful, and clean. We were greeted by lots light throughout the home. There was enough beds and space for our family of 20. We rented 2 beach carts and hand no trouble getting to the beach and back on to the property. We were also a 2 min walk away from the pool. The picture online did not do it justice for it exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely stay here again for future family reunions!

Great family trip location!

We had 13 or 14 people (including a baby). The entire family had a great time visiting and hanging out at the beach. This is a good house setup and worked well for our group. There were a few minor issues that were communicated to the owner quickly and she responded very quickly. This is simply gonna happen at a rental property. This was my first time in Port A. Overall a great stay. We will be back!

Fun Family & Friends Vacation

Family & friends had a great week long stay at this home, the owner responded quickly to messages. It was an easy walk to the beach & pool and a lot of beach/pool toys provided! We had enough rooms & beds for multiple couples, singles & kids! The lofts were a fun addition. There were lots of games, puzzles, and coloring books for all ages. The only issue we had was the fridge & freezer didn’t work quite right, so we had to use the one downstairs. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great place for families

We loved this place! There are 18 of us total. That included 2 babies under 1 year. The amount of rooms and bathrooms was perfect. The walk to the beach was so short. We might as well have had a beach front property. The neighborhood was lovely and the beach was so pretty. We had 5 vehicles and could park with no issue. The host was very quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall 10/10. We would love to stay here again next summer!

Perfect!!

Our family visits Port Aransas every July! It’s something we all look forward to together. We have been renting from Tonya since 2021, and she never disappoints. This is our first year in this house, previously we have stayed on Anchor Drive. While we adore the house on Anchor Drive, this house was absolutely perfect. It was clean, has PLENTY of room for all of us. Beds were comfortable, love all the games and beach toys at the house. We had the best time, and will definitely be renting this house again. I can’t say enough good things about Tonya. When we saw she owned this house as well, we jumped right on it. Thank you again for another wonderful vacation in our favorite place in Texas♥️

Good location, quiet neighborhood

Delightful location, short walk to the beach, short drive to the IGA grocery store and gas stations. The new refrigerator installed the week before our rental did not function and is being replaced. Thanks to the large downstairs refrigerator we managed OK. Previous reviews highlighted the need to bring paper goods, and extra towels and blankets which were needed. Overall, good experience. Our stay was over Christmas week, and the neighborhood was mostly quiet which suited our family just fine (kids could play in the street...minimal traffic)

A Great Stay

We loved our stay. It was clean, easily accessible, and had all the comforts of home. However, the two ladders leading up to the top area caused us a lot of problems. The ladders are straight up and down and affixed to the wall. Little boys and apparently girls too love to climb. We had an 8-year-old autistic boy, a 2-year-old boy with a prostetic leg, and two girls 8 and 9. We spent a lot of time telling them to get down and worrying about them. I wouldn't recommend taking children under 10 or children with special needs. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
