Savvy Pelican sits near the saltwater pool, which is heated during the winter months and is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired décor. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further. Park your car in your dedicated parking space or in the provided garage and leave it for the duration of your stay. An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities.

After sightseeing, return to your Port A townhome and relax on your outdoor patio. Outdoor chairs are there for you to enjoy. The ground floor holds 2 bedrooms that are separated by a shared walk-through bathroom. Guest bedroom 4 (BR4) offers a full-size bunk bed, a sofa sleeper, a dresser, and a big-screen TV. Guest bedroom 3 (BR3) has a queen bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and private patio entry. Both rooms share an adjoining bathroom with a stand-up shower. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hallway closet. The stairs lead up to the living and kitchen area. Inside your living room, you will find new furniture consisting of a couch, sofa sleeper,2 accent chairs, and a flat-screen HD TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The dining room table has seating for 6 and the spacious bar seats 3. The dining area has a pass-through to the fully stocked galley kitchen. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances will make the family cook happy. The master bedroom (BR2) is located on the second floor.
