Our updated 3BR/3BA house is just down from the community pool in Mustang Royale, an oceanfront neighborhood, steps away from the beach –ideal for family vacations, romantic getaways and reunions. The ground floor has an open layout, combining the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has 2 over sized leather couches with matching ottomans and an entertainment center with a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the dining and living areas, so you don’t miss a beat while preparing meals for your guests. The primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, an entertainment center with a TV, and an attached bathroom with his/her sinks and a shower/tub combo. Adjacent to the primary is the 1st guest bedroom, which sleeps 2 in a queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find the 2nd guest bedroom furnished with twin/full/twin bunk bed. Then there is a loft area with 2 twin beds, a TV, and a full bath. Soak up the beautiful scenery while lounging on our covered wraparound porch, or grill up your catch of the day under the gazebo in the backyard. This home also has a gameroom! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
