    This updated condo is located in the Sea Breeze Condos on the 4th floor with colorful coastal touches throughout. The complex offers you access to the incredible pool area complete with hot tub and outdoor shower, beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping and on site laundry facility. You're only 0.5 miles away from Port Aransas beach and the South Jetty. The kitchen is furnished with high-end countertops, fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. (*No dishwasher) There is a table for two to enjoy your meals. Get a good night's rest in the King bed, watch TV from the bed, couch (which converts to a Queen sleeper) or accent chair. Make use of the bench and rack for hanging your beach attire. Freshen up in the full bath with separate vanity and tile shower with glass door. Sip your favorite beverage on the balcony while taking in views of the Gulf. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Book your stay to come and play! I would say our overall stay was a 3. The location is nice close to EVERYTHING! The condo is just as pictured however, the furniture was either old or that disgustingly dirty. I literally didn’t want to sit on the couch because of how disgusting it looked. The bed accent pillows were just as bad. The bedding actually seemed clean but I was still weary. The condo is super clean otherwise. It’s a basic bnb with a small tv fully equipped kitchen minus a dishwasher!! I thought that was weird since they say load dishes in dishwasher and cycle before leaving lol.

Great but for a few things

This condo is in a great location - you can see the beach from the balcony with nothing between you and the view. While the price was slightly more than a hotel it saved us to have the kitchen. The more tired we were after a day out, the more we appreciated not having to get out again for lunch or dinner. So we saw a lot ov value for our money. The inside of the condo was clean, except we wondered if the floors were mopped - my husband went barefoot and the floors let clean but turned the bottom of his feet black. Plenty of linens and other supplies for our stay. The two negatives - the pool was not maintained well and I am not sure the "hot tub" gets hot. We tried. And next time we come to Port Aransas we might stay at the Sea Breeze but will not stay in the same unit. Our unit, #145, had the absolute worse bed. It was so caved in in the middle that we couldn't use the whole bed and the sheets would not stay tucked in because the pull was so great. My husband and I are not big people either. All in all, though, for the price it was a good place, hence the four stars.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect! Easy/quick access to the beach and right in the mix of all of the shopping and dining. The room was cozy and clean. I would advise bringing some softer sheets because the ones used can be somewhat hard on your skin, especially if you get sunburned. Other than that, the accommodations were just as described and expected.

Great location, very nice unit. Good A/C and comfortable bed. Communication with the owner was not good. The shower stall had so much hair from previous guest it would not drain. The shower walls and soap dish was covered in scum. I reached out through VRBO and never received a reply. Fortunately we received a reply through text. 6 hours later the unit was cleaned.

Super cute condo & excellent location! Hate to sound like a Debbie Downer, but Sadly I think the only cleaning done was pouring entirely too much cleaning solution down the sink or something. It knocked you down when coming in. Floor had chip crumbs and something else all over it and shower for sure wasn’t clean. Hair on walls, rubber band & bracelet and paper towel on floor of shower. Comfortable bed, but anytime you move the sheets come off. I would give it another shot! Maybe the cleaning crew had a real off day or something!

Well thought out efficiency.

This property was clean, neat and quiet. It had all the amenities. Was roomy and well thought out. The grounds were also well cared for. We were only there a couple of nights but would definitely stay there again.
