Watch people fish from the private pier, dolphins play and ships cruise by right from your sofa. This condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 full size beds. The kitchen comes completely stocked with everything you would need to cook your catch of the day. Channelview Condominiums is located in town and within walking distance to many of the restaurants and bars Port A has to offer. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 1 with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
