"We had a nice time at this property. Pros: we liked the location and beach access. It was quiet and peaceful. I’m glad the property was pet friendly and close to nice restaurants. The appliances were high-end and beds were comfortable. Cons: property needs some minor repairs (sliding door comes off the track, slow draining shower). Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"I've given every category 1 star simply because it would not allow me to get to the written review otherwise. Highlights: First full day I spent buying my own towels and sheets. Had my personal housekeeper in to clean for 5 hrs. She returned the next day for same. Cobwebs everywhere. Dingy, threadbare towels and sheets. Had the three overnight guests who visited during my stay bring their own sheets and towels. "Primary" bath was 1970's tract house aesthetic, and not in a good way. Every drawer and cabinet filthy and filled with half used personal care products and half-eaten food in kitchen. Because I was traveling alone, had a busy schedule and a lot of luggage, I decided to stay rather than find another disappointing VRBO property and relocate.My housekeeper's cleaning made it somewhat bearable. I left the moment my business was completed, a full 7 days early. Unless you are looking for frat house vibe, don't. Just don't.I have pictures to prove what I say."

Beachfront Malibu at its finest. The views are the kind you stop mid-conversation to stare at. The vibes match the setting perfectly, and everything about the space felt luxurious without being overdone.We came for a family weekend and left already talking about when we're coming back. That says it all. If you're on the fence, get off it. This place delivers on every promise and then some.10/10 across the board. Views, hospitality, experience. Cannot recommend enough!"

"This condo was not very clean and had a bad odor to it that wouldn’t go away. The key to the gas fire place was missing so we couldn’t use it. The linens could use a refresh. For the price I would not recommend staying here. The location on the beach was nice but the place needs some TLC."
