"Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing laundry the water will drain into the sink (this scared me as I thought the water in the sink would overflow and flood the house), instructions on how the power switch in the bathroom operates and how it differs from the heater switch, how and where vent and light switches worked. Once we figured everything out it was much better but it would have been nice to have a notebook that would explain how things worked."

"The host is very responsive to texts and phone calls. The house perfectly fit our families needs in terms of amount of bedrooms. The outdoor area was great with the outdoor kitchen, pool and basketball court. Everyone in the family had fun with the variety of game options. The flooring in the kitchen and laundry room area is very cracked. With the no shoes inside policy that led to some issues navigating the flooring. The house had a smokey smell the first few days we were there as well. The beds in three of the rooms upstairs were very low to the ground which was fine for the kids but difficult for older folks to get up from."

"I was not happy with the inside of the building in general, the outside looks better than inside. Inside is old, dark and rather old. I don't feel 'safe' for some strange reason.There was smells of marijuana, barking dogs (I know you can bring your own pet; and I did not know this). TV was old, pictures on website appear brighter. "

From the start, the communication was clear and professional, making the entire process feel very reliable.The entertainment options are the highlight of this house. Our kids loved the claw machine and the arcade games, which kept everyone busy for hours. The open-concept living area is spacious and comfortable, featuring a great fireplace and plenty of room for the whole group. Outside, the patio is a private oasis. We used the hot tub every night and enjoyed playing ping pong and sitting by the fire pit.The kitchen is truly fully equipped with all the essentials, plus a great breakfast selection that made our mornings much easier. Each of the four bedrooms provided a restful experience with quality bedding and quiet surroundings. This is a top-tier choice for anyone needing a dependable and fun base in Los Angeles. We will definitely be back!"
