Our stay in mid September was great! We had lovely weather and stayed on the 3rd floor which had an awesome view of the mountains and town below! The room had everything we needed for our stay and the tv had an option to stream Netflix which was awesome after a busy day hiking and sightseeing.

As an American, I have to say that I was very impressed. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and the breakfast, wow!! So delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this place enough and will return.

Great location. Right on the main pedestrian walkway. Only 5-7 minutes from the bus stop from Venice. Staff was efficient and friendly. Helpful with questions on eating and what to see. Breakfast was usual buffet style. Great selection of pastries. Yogurt, fresh fruit always is a choice for me.

this hotel is a 2 to 3 star hotel. the rooms are like dormitory rooms. The beds are like dormitory beds. Hard and small. The location is excellent. It is fine, but understand it is a no frills place.

nice hotel - great location tight on main street of downtown Cortina - parking was close - no air conditioning, but knew that going in, but heatwave didn’t help - only complaint was the lights over the bathroom sink didn’t work so it was a little dark in the bathroom with just 1 light…

Excellent location, both within the town and for visiting nearby landmarks. The hotel itself is charming, and the restaurant is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms feel somewhat dated, and the carpeting needs to be replaced. Also, be aware that parking is limited. We were fortunate to find a space at check-in, but availability may be challenging during busier periods.

Good staff and clean property but definitely needs some capital improvements. Room was incredibly hot, leaving the choice of open windows listening to hooting and hollering until 2am or boiling. Mattresses are really in need of replacement.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff went the extra mile every day. Our bathroom was showing its age with slow drains and a running toilet. We left a laptop there and were glad they notified us quickly. They use a service to ship items and I was a bit shocked to have to spend approx $200 USD. My mistake, but that seems excessive.
