The villa has a spacious surface area of approximately 200 m2. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all complete with shower), one of which is on the first floor. The living area is an open-space environment that includes a large living room, a dining room and an ultra-modern kitchen finely equipped with high-quality appliances (including oven, microwave, hob, fridge and dishwasher, coffee machine, toast, refrigerator with freezer, wine cellar). This space is perfect for entertaining guests or family time. The windows in the living area directly overlook the swimming pool and the outdoor patio, creating a unity with the surrounding space. In the basemant of the Villa there is a wonderful relax area with Sauna, Turkish bath, bed for massage, an infusion tea area and a bathroom with shower, you can access to this area from inside and from outside of the Villa.
