"The apartment was in very poor condition, with damaged blinds, ripped wallpaper, and marks and scratches throughout. The outdoor area was also in a terrible state. There was constant noise from people upstairs shouting until 4 a.m., making it very disruptive. This accommodation is not suitable for a family with three children and is far from the luxury experience advertised—especially considering the high cost."

"I hate this flat more than you can possibly imagine. The car park is a joke requiring 87-point turn if you drive in rather reverse in. The communal space is filthy and poorly maintained. The renovation clearly used the cheapest materials & left it mostly unfinished. Everything is done as cheaply as possible. Asking for a second set of keys was denied (they are just Yale keys!)
