He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe. "Great location within the Lisbon old-town area within walking distance to the Castle. Needed to park the car in underground city parking which was a lot more expensive than I was expecting for the two days."

"A note for travelers is that there is no elevator so you have to lug your suitcase up flights of stairs to get to reception and then to your room! Otherwise the place was great for the price and the staff we very friendly."

"Upkeep was not too good. The showerhead did not work. The person behind the desk at night was not helpful when we asked for an additional hour for checkout while when I asked someone different in the morning it was immediately approved. Breakfast was really good and the room was just fine. Not a central location but not too far out either. The WIFI worked well"
