"The property is a little older but the staff is very poliet and area is near residential so its quiet even being near the freeway. They offered breakfast which most hotels do not so that was a big plus. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. "

"Very clean and as pictured. The combination for unlocking the door did not work. I had to call customer service who was still not able to make it work but was able to access inside with a key (in a lock box). Because the deadbolt combo didn't work we could not lock the place when leaving... Not a big deal for me but for other it could have been very worrisome. .5 to 1 mile walk to most places - San Clemente is a great little beach town!"

"Trestles Wave House was the perfect spot for our family wedding weekend in San Clemente. I had to book last minute after another place fell through, and I’m so glad I found this condo! The owners were very responsive to my questions and quick to help with a couple of small things after check-in, which I truly appreciated.The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. The extra bedding provided for my teenage son to sleep on the living room couch was especially helpful. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was spacious, spotless, and well supplied with dishes, glassware, and everything you’d need.I only wish we’d had more time to relax and enjoy the space instead of being in and out for wedding events. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we look forward to booking again in the future!"
